Advantages:

Чисто, удобно, есть все необходимое, кроме фена, пожалуй. Хозяева отвечают быстро, приятные в общении. Напротив дома большой продуктовый магазин и большой хозяйственный, в 10 минутах ходьбы - рынок. Лифта в доме нет, подъем по лестнице.
