Advantages:

Море за окном, вид на море. Аутентичность эллингов. Теплое отношение хозяев, решение всех вопросов

Disadvantages:

В Феодосии не было воды )), во всей! Во всем городе не работали туалеты, даже в доме музее Айвазовского. Это конечно не относится к нашему жилью. Хозяева помогали как могли, притащили пресной воды и организовали морскую для санитарных нужд.
