Двухэтажные коттедж: в номерах: деревянные кровати, тумбочки, стол, стулья, шкаф, санузел, душ, телевизор, вентилятор, кондиционер, холодильник (на этаже).
Питание: оборудованная кухня. Под заказ - домашнее питание -900 руб 3-х разовое (на выбор) завтрак, обед, ужин. На территории коттеджа есть мангал, а также в продаже соки, вода, пиво. Водоснабжение: холодная и горячая вода постоянно. Инфраструктура: закрытая зеленая территория, оборудованная кухня-столовая, беседки для отдыха с тв, а также гладильная комната. Рядом находится продовольственный и вещевой рынок, дегустационный зал крымских вин, столовая, сеть магазинов. В 5-ти минут парк с детскими аттракционами.
Дополнительно проводятся экскурсии по крыму.
