Санузел индивидуальный (только для этой комнаты) расположен на первом этаже, под комнатой. Во дворе летняя кухня (одна на две комнаты) со всем необходимым оборудованием. Холодная и горячая вода круглосуточно. Закрытый двор, столики для отдыха, мангал. Бесплатный wi-fi, кабельное телевидение. Парковка в закрытом дворе ( по предварительному согласованию) либо возле дома под видеонаблюдением.

Две кровати с ортопедическими матрацами, сдвинутые вместе, прикроватные тумбочки, раскладывающийся диван, шкаф, холодильник, электрочайник, телевизор жк ( кабельное телевидение), столик.

До центральный рынка, набережной, центрального городского пляжа 15-20 мин. неспешного хода. Все достопримечательности города в шаговой доступности.
