Advantages:

Дом находится на красивой ухоженной территории.

Disadvantages:

Мы отдыхали семьëй с 2 детьми в ночь 3-4 апреля. На улице было +7. В помещении нам было холодно, просили включить отопление. Но Николай, главный экономист, на нашу просьбу ответил "вы же из Сибири, должны быть привыкшие в холоду". Но это же не значит, что мы его должны любить! Из-за холода мы и уехали из Сибири и колесим с сентября по всему югу, Кавказу и Крыму! Итог: на утро муж проснулся с насморком, а дети с больным горлом. Это был наш первый и последний опыт жилья в гостевом доме. Проживать с хозяевами через стенку это отстой.
