Advantages:

Прожили на даче две недели, единение с природой на все сто, огромное количество птиц, пели на все голоса. Виды, которые открываются на Феодосию и залив ,просто завораживают, можно сидеть часами и смотреть на залив. Хозяин дачи Олег Иванович очень приятный и отзывчивый человек, решал абсолютно все возникающие вопросы. Нам очень понравилось гостить у Олега Ивановича ,все супер, всем рекомендую.
