Advantages:

Добродушные и отзывчивые хозяева, встретили и обеспечили максимальный комфорт. Весь этаж в личном пользовании, с собственной кухней и санузлом. Так как была аномально жаркая погода, то к нашему заезду, хорошенько охладили всё помещение. На территории есть парковка для авто, а это для нас являлось огромным плюсом. Мы были в п. Береговое проездом - завершающий населенный пункт в Крыму перед отъездом. Но как на короткий, то так и на длительный срок, гостевой дом Виноградный рекомендую для проживания. Посуда, кухонная утварь, газовая поверхность, микроволновая печь, холодильник, постельное белье, полотенца, стиральная машина, большой обеденный стол - всё есть, что очень удобно. В шаговой доступности море, магазины, сувениры, предметы первой необходимости и столовая.
