В доме есть кухня (плита, эл.чайник, вытяжка, холодильник, микроволновка), санузел, водонагреватель, стиральная машинка, телевизор, Wi-Fi, кондиционер. Из спальных мест - двухспальная кровать, диван, кресло-кровать. Есть место под парковку автомобилей. Во дворе - лавочки, мангал, большая беседка из винограда, много зелени, деревьев, цветов, кактусов. Дом находится в тихом месте поселка, в непосредственной близости от Карадагского заповедника. До моря с галечным пляжем - 7-10 минут пешком. В поселке хорошая набережная с прекрасными видами на горы, местами для отдыха, магазинчиками, кафе.
