Во дворе есть мангальная площадка, беседка, батут до 100 кг. Стиральная машина автомат в свободном доступе ( бесплатно). До рынка 5 мин ходьбы, где есть магазины, аптеки и экскурсионные услуги. До набережной 400 м, где есть множество детских аттракционов и разнообразие кафе-баров, в которых в течении дня можно перекусить или покушать, а вечером можно посмотреть развлекательные программы и потанцевать. Пляжи песчаные, галечные на выбор, благоустроенные, убранные. Вход на пляж бесплатный. В центр Феодосии вы можете добраться на маршрутном такси за 30 мин., автобусы ходят каждые 10-15 мин, остановка в 100 м от дома. Предлагаем организацию трансфера. Евгений
