Advantages:

Хороший дом, всем довольны, в доме всё предусмотрено (стиральная машина, посудомойка, два кондиционера, столовые приборы Встретили на сутки раньше, в доме 2 кондиционера, пмм и см, сковородки, кастрюли, всё, чтобы готовить есть. Во дворе - диван, чистое небо и поле, луна, звезды! И полная тишина!) в поле - зайцы, ёжики. Хозяин - молодец! В день заезда (двое суток в дороге) встретил как родных! Вай-фай включил, баллон с газом привёз за 15 минут! Вода холодная и горячая круглосуточно. Интернет периодически глушат (если хочется тишины и спокойствия - вам сюда!)

Disadvantages:

Если забыли что-то купить, надо ехать... В пешей доступности только домашнее пиво и палатка овощи-фрукты.
